Saw a pretty similar list being run this week at my LGS here in Hawaii. I ended up watching most of the game since I didn't have an game scheduled. What I realized rings very true. The units when they get to their designed task preform exceptionally well. However this player struggled immensely against flyers as well. Dual flyrant was just to much to deal with.

I have one set of pistons that i still for the life of me can not figure out where they go. Was not a fun kit to put together without the instructions let me tell you that much.

Not so much as wanting to base for an advantage as, I don't want to base an entire army with scenic bases and then three months later would of rather done it on 32mm and have to do it all over again.

Just finishing painting up this armies infantry today and tomorrow, and would love to only have to do ONE set of bases lol.

But Ando would the opposite be true. Could I role in with my SM set on 32mm bases to lets say OFCC or TSHFT?

Back to my previous question before this devolves anymore though. 

Once blood angels receive their new larger bases in the tactical squads does that give me free reign to switch my C:SM tacts and Devs etc to the newer standard 32mm or do i have to wait for them to get a re-release. TO's welcome to weigh in on this one!

True, but if Tacts get released with the BA codex this week and are on the newer base size does that give me ability then to rebase all of my tacts for my C:SM army or do i legitimatly have to wait?

What do most TO reccomend when bases shift sizes, secondly does this 7mm a noticeable advantage actually for marines to get less and less into the small and large blast templates. 

Curious as I havent seen any chatter about it yet here, do we think it is all SM below termie now going on this base?

As I'm getting through the rest of my army I felt like having Darnath be a little more showy. I would like to hire a commission painter for this model if possible. Not necessarily showcase quality just something above what I can do. If possible I'm thinking of a little conversion work thrown in there too, would possibly want to have him carrying the hammer of dorn with 2 hands and then the shield slung to his back. 

Anyway would be happy discuss pricing among conversion ideas with any interested hobbyists. 

Each of the bundled sets are pretty sweet looking and I agree with many other sentiments here. If you and/or  your friend were planning on getting one already at least they are giving you a break on the price, unlike most other GW bundles which show little to zero savings.

It's my understanding there's no "official" ruling on him. Since you use a charge at beginning of turn and you don't generate till psychic phase. Check with the TO before running him.

...and another codex that will shock people next year.

Well i plan on picking up a stalker/hunter kit and giving both variants a try. i kind of like the idea of one more piece of armor on the board as well.

but definitly will be giving quad cannon plenty of testing to see which method i prefer for AA

However the sergeant with the quad must fire at the same target as the rest of the squad right? so this would make my 4 HB's relatively useless in the turn that he would fire the quad... is this correct?

Flexibility seems to be more inclined to say hunter in this case but maybe im completely wrong.

Quad cannon is 100pts? The hunter being a 70 + 2 left over i would feel VERY hard pressed to get another 28 points scrounged out of this list..... any suggestions?
