We are always looking to keep contact with folks up in Washington. I5 Team Championship is the "Main" event we host to, hopefully, become the intra-state event in Oregon. I know of a few of us that goes to the Seattle Open to compete as well.
Cog has a Special Invite event called: Cog Collective Invitational, that has multiple events during the year that has people earn spots, which has been going on for a few years now. Which is being held Novemeber 7th
Cherry City Invitational is the Salem/Albany Meta version of the Cog Collective Invitational, which going to be held in March 2016.
Warmachine/Hordes is alive and well in Oregon, for sure. Any chance I can help grow the community and expand our reach, I am more than willing to put the effort in.- 2

Rhuntar is our Campaign Czar this year and I have alerted him to this thread. We would love to work with the Cog and the broader warmachine community to get a warmachine event at OFCC.
Great news. I am a PG out of Salem but I am the Co-Founder of the I5 Team Championship and also the Cherry City Invitational. We have a very healthy warmachine/Hordes community and continually want to expand it. I will try and work with Ordo more often, if there is interest, with posting events and if people want demo's or games.

I'm sure the Cog is willing to work with the Ordo Community to build a stronger warmachine/hordes community on the I5 corridor.
I know one of the biggest reasons OFCC is not the most ideal place, is their painting requirements for the event.
If we have enough room, I can talk with our NW Regional group about running the I5 Championships at OFCC this next year.
if some OFCC head wants to contact me and we can chat about logistics and what they actually want done at the event, feel free to message me here or Coolduckboy@gmail.com

There is absolutely zero restrictions on painting theme of your models.
Mecha feel to units and solos would be convergence of Cyriss.
There isn't really "unit slots" in this game though. You can play all Jacks or a single jack. And all units/solos

Warbeast packs!
- they are a unit, but each model is a warbeast and not a warrior model
- they have unit leaders
- must get run/charge order or be compelled to run/charge
- fury = number of models in play
- increasing or decreasing fury effects never affect them
- models forced independently, fury points generated on the leader
- only forced while in formation while unit leader is in control area, other beasts do NOT need to be in control area
- never have more fury than number of beasts
- can't make power attacks
- if unit commander frenzies they all frenzy, can't choose another model in pack as frenzy target
- only leader has animus
- can xfer damage to models in control as normal except if pack leaders fury stat is full

From Virus646:
From a guy that saw/had the book, he might be missing a thing or two as he didn't had time(wasn't willing to) take a pic or notes:
Highwayman:
Spd: 6
Rat 5
Def 12
Arm 14
Swift hunter
camouflage
Cra
Gunfighter
Range 8 pow 10
5/8 pts
+ New unit immune to cold. Similar to runeshapers but with spray 6, rat 6 pow 12 and assault/AD. They get +5 arm against fire and when on fire have aditionnal bonuses (steady, no stationnary, boosted dmg/hit).**That is probably the fiery revelation that PP talked about in their podcast?**
+New character solo for Troll. It seems to boost Highwaymen but her/his rules seemed to be missing stuff (probably just took a small glance) so I'll stop there.
Again: he might be missing a thing or two as he didn't had time(wasn't willing to) take a pic or notes
I think that's about that for this book. Anything I miss or have incorrect I'll try to fix when I can

Just send in your application and email Hungerford about the problems in the area. surprised Everett is having problems has the whole Seattle area is pretty active as a whole. Www.removedfromplay.com is the forums/website for the area meta, omnus is a the head honcho of the deal and is pretty well known throughout the community at large.

Looking good

Www.cogcollective.com would be the best source for all the play days that happen in Portland.
Gg is Mondays
Red castle is Saturdays
Those are the two primaries but I know epic Playa in Sundays and then nexus/dice age get play too but not sure what days.

I like skarre1 spam list. Either mcthralls or bane Knights. Just make sure to run Raiders out front to give you a buffer. Biles just need a small buffer in order to work, I don't see the need to have Darragh Wraith babysit biles.

I don't understand your skarre1 list.
Scavvy list is a good pipe dream. If you can make it work, great. I don't think Darragh Wraith is worth it in the list, you can get your points earned in something else.

We have had 4 events with 27 people or more this year (warmachine/hordes)

Do you post on www.removedfromplay.com either fluger? That community is based in Seattle and probably is a better resource when it comes to people that would be able to attend those on a regular basis.
