Curious if the Portland/Vancouver area would be interested in more ITC opportunities or maybe a more friendly tourney like what Splinx puts on in Vancouver. 

There is a new game store in my town (Oregon City) and we are looking at the 40k scene in Portland, trying to see what you guys/gals might like in a tourney. 

Feel free to comment ideas and if you would travel down for ITC points or a friendly tourney... or BOTH!

I don't need to state much because it's all been said but my team has been buying/building at the 2k level. I know I can trim down to 1500-1850 but they will have issues. The sooner we figure this out though, the quicker we can all get our lists in order. Some of us have stuff to build and paint ;p

I was lucky enough to have someone trade me today and he had the 3 Warriors. Now all I need is the Tervigons.

All I need now is 4 Tervigons and 3 Warriors. All out of AoS but I do have X-Wing/Armada/Dice Masters and $$ if the price is right (and I mean Bob Barker prices).

I'm looking to have some fun with a big horde version of the army. Lots of Genestealers, Termagants, Hormagaunts, and Tervigons. May end up adding more later but it's more of a fun army build then a competitive one.

For some reason I really want to throw my painting talents at some 'nids. I'm looking for plastic, no metal or finecast at the moment, and bare if possible. For trade I have the Start Collecting and big box sets of Stormcast Eternals and Khorne and I always have $$ if the price is right. Let me know what you have in a PM. Thanks for looking.

So I'm not sure on the time tables this year as I see OFCC is taking HoG apps currently but I've never been on a team (watched a couple years) and would like to join one or even head up a team. Just getting the feelers out there. Thanks for stopping by.

I am in need of 11 Markerlight Drones. Good condition please but assembled/painted doesn't matter. I have cash on hand, PayPal, some 40k (Deathwatch, Tau, and SM), X-Wing/Armada. Pease let me know if you can help.

I have Deathwatch (painted), basic Space Marines (painted), tons of X-Wing, a 1/10 Traxxas R/C truck, and a good amount of AoS (Sormcast Eternals and Khorne). I'm looking for 1 or 2 Tau Riptides, preferably unpainted and with the burst cannon. Please let me know what you have and want.

It's all good! I know my kids will venture with me to Geek and Games a few times because they have a small area for kids to play (they have a train table too). Just let me know if one of those weekends works and I can bring my kids (5 and 7). Maybe make it work for ya. :)

Saturdays starting in December will be Kill Team events at Geeks and Games in Oregon City!

Hello Ordo! So after much thought, and still a little planning ahead, I've been able to talk with Adam from Geeks and Games and come up with a nifty 3 month gaming plan. Here is a rough outline:

Week 1-3: Kill Team events on Saturdays ($5)

Week 5-7: Escalation events on Saturdays ($5) (500, 1000, 1500)

Weekend of Week 9: ($35-40) 1 day, ITC RTT tourney. 1850 points.

Looking to start this December 3rd!!

These events would allow the new, newer, and veteran player to join, play, learn, and compete.

Each event would give points to help with an overall score at the end tournament so if you did really well with Kill Team and some one only showed for the end RTT then you might still have a chance for an overall win!

I will be reaching out to a few of the bigger names on Ordo for idea/help/participation and hope a lot of you can come show support to an amazing new store in our community and for us by trying this HoG for the first time!

I'm teaching my son (7) to play 40k. Currently building him a Tau army. Just hit me up when you have time :)

I still play every once in a while. I'm showing new people how to play currently so not much in the way of an advanced game.
