Future plans are still a go but I think with all of my family plans this year I'm going to focus on the army at hand and get these knights done lol and I can always buy things later in life.

The ruling on summoning demons as CtA is vague. Though it's not specifically in the writing, Reece has mentioned he is "happy not to see this again" on several occasions.

Torn between that one and "Battle of Sarosh."

 

Battle of Sarosh is the one weapon, once per game, gains Skyfire+interceptor+night vision+tank hunters. Given I'm running DA, I'm pretty light on skyfire weapons.

 

Battle of Sarosh is actually one involving the DA anyway, so it's fluffy too.

 

The Battle of Kyelek isn't one that the DA were in, as far as I can tell. Though the vehicle could have been there serving under another chapter.

 

The one I have been wondering, Can a character/unique vehicle take the legacy?

 

As far as I can tell, answer is yes, but I have to ask, I think.

Yeah, as far as I can see in the book you can take it on any vehicle associated with said armies. Curious though if this would work with a character vehicle like sammael in his speeder....

As of right this second, no. The fact that Frontline is going to amend a few of the rulings due to this codex is hilarious. Why not just say no Eldar and get it over with, lol

The thing that people aren't seeing is that with these changes the format and restrictions have been changed. Last "season" there was a whole page of things that weren't allowed. Now the page just says what the poll is saying, nothing specific. So if a tourney is going to be using the ITC event guidelines they still have to make up their own rules along with it. Example: last season I couldn't bring the Legacy of war Battle of Keylek. Now this season it's nowhere to be found as something I can't bring. What I'm saying is, don't sweat what they changed and look at how dumbed down the guidelines are now.

Thank you LH for getting back on track... Listening to the podcast today Reece explains what they did. Totally agree with your logic though as I voted for 3 detachments.
