Probably wouldn’t part it out in that way. The acolytes are the main part of the army. It would be hard to sell a bunch of GSC characters with Tyranid forces.

Most are primed with a little paint. The acolytes are base colors and just need detail work, all tyranids are primed with carapace and claws with one layer of paint. Happy to provide pics.

This is around $990 retail.
