ROGRE Posted September 2, 2014 Report Share Posted September 2, 2014 It's been a little bit since I played but I don't think you can tour the whole of Columbia because each area is it's own thing and has to load. I don't think the cables connect areas, just allow you circuits around/through the current area you are in.
