Don't Panic Posted July 30, 2015 Report Share Posted July 30, 2015 dude enjoy the beach! seasides nice but you should trek down 101 a little as well(although i hate 101 traffic. feels like driving on a busy small road in iowa with even more tractors plugging up traffic). i just had a blast at short sand and if you're looking for a longer drive to a good brew spot on the beach, think pacific city is 1:45 minutes or so from seaside with some insane views on the drive. go to pelican pub, one of my favorites in oregon. think they might have a pub in tillamook as well just not on the beach as pacific city is. id avoid tillamook cheese factory, imo. it feels kinda like a 'disneyworld' type of environment if you catch my drift. unless you have kids, then probably should hit that up. as for gaming, its still a bit of a drive from pdx(although about the same as rush hour traffic HA) but ill check my schedule out and get back to you... congrats on the 5 day vacation! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They passed a couple years back but we are continuing with the tradition. Might think about heading further south one day of the trip.
