Since the house I just bought has a glass top stove I need to find an alternate method to make my annual pickles. If anyone has a portable induction cooktop strong enough for canning they want to get rid of or a good suggestion on somewhere in the Vancouver/Portland area to get one it would be greatly appreciated.
