Ok, OFCC newbie here. Coming for the first time with the prodigal children from Ohio. I have only been playing for about 1.75 years so take this into consideration as well. They can comment on where they think my play skill is.

The one thing I see after I type it out is I need to move 10 points into assault launchers for the dreadnought.

Of you need ten points get that captain something that strikes at ini... Captains pay for some higher stats get him a pistol and some form of power weapon. You have plenty of power fists on slower dudes. I really like mauls for the extra str and the math actually favors the increased wounds over the better ap! Looking for points? I'd say start there beyond that looks like it has purpose behind the choices and has some teeth without being as efficient as possible. Good show!

I love black templars.

 

I know it's heresy, but you should totally include some psykers (as in allies) just to gain more dice to deny the witch. One of the most irritating features of the current edition is that things like Adamantium Will, don't actually grant any dice to deny the witch, so you end up unable to really take advantage of that rule in a psyker-less army. Could take Grey Knights and stay fluffy, or you could just model some heretical psykers in a cage waiting execution - They don't have to be good friends to grant dice to deny the witch. 

 

I will also note that as a marine player, you should really have at least one model with a 3++ invulnerable save. Like a Storm Shield. There's lots of situations where having that invulnerable on a melee unit is the difference between a win-able game, and a tactical retreat. It doesn't have to be amazing, but having the potential to be able to survive against the opponent's big creature in melee is very important.
