OK, I just got to manhandle one of these kits down at the GW shop...he got some in, but of course they aren't for sale until 3/1 :(

Anyway, the kit is awesome.

The base is about 40% larger than the oval flyer base.

$140 is steep for what you get...very much so.  But it is an awesome kit.

$140 for the Knight...honestly, I had feared it would be higher.

I really enjoyed the first season of this show.  Then somewhere during the middle of second season it just started losing me...though I do want to return to it as I understand it is having a 3rd season.

It is a good premise, as the "terrorists" are really fighting for things that we all want, and the "hero" is against the terrorists and fighting for corporate control of our lives (well, at first at least).

Well, as others will probably attest, if you want to take the time and parse it out you will end up making more money.

If you just want to offload it in one go, you will make much less money.

Best advice...clean your table off, put down something like white paper, and start taking pictures.  Then post them up.  eBay prices aren't always a good qualifier, sometimes yes, but it always depends on the demand at that moment.

I'm with Munkie...Y-Wings with a turret mounted Ion Cannon are still awesome.  Now you don't worry as much about maneuver as you have a 360 shot with your best weapon.

And you are a tank.

Weather permitting, I should be in attendance for some X-Wing :)

My goal is to leave with less than what I bring (miniatures, not cash...cash wise that is too easy )

Though we do...that is normally saved for a day that is actually for terrain...I would not suggest priming their on a night with lots of people...fumes and all...but that is my opinion.
