Swan-of-War

Selling a set of three Warhammer Space Marine Centurions, partially assembled and bare plastic.  They've been equipped with Siege Drills so far but include bits to change out their weapons (please see picture).  They are NOT glued to the bases so you can still give them custom ones.

So, file this under RAW abuses, but there's a new Adeptus Mechanicus strategem called Scryerskull that's just begging for an Errata correction.

It can be used at any time and, among other things, grants shooting to an Ad Mech unit without the penalties to your hit rolls from Dawn Raid, Low Visibility, or Cover of Darkness.  yadda yadda yadda

I underlined the important parts.  You plop down a unit of dakka Kastellans or neutron laser Onager near Cawl (reroll all shooting) during the Deployment Phase and then start burning through Command points to take free shots at the enemy before the first turn even begins (you can spend as many Command Points as you like in the Deployment phase, pg 215 BRB).

I'd would normally never do this of course, but I guess if I was setting up against TFG who's a notorious RAW abuser, here you go.  Saw this  on the Facebook Ad Mech group so don't think I've been looking for loop-holes or anything.  Ad Mech are mean enough as it is.

For those that have backed Kickstarters - are the actual figures as slick as the 3D renderings?  Always wondered how much hype there is in these offers

I've  acquired a big stash of eldar items and have a question about some of the Forgeworld item's legitimacy.

Eldar Warp Hunter - when you buy a standard tank w/Forgeworld upgrade (turret) is the standard tank part ever cast from resin?  Mine are, which leads me to believe they are recasts.  I would think that Forgeworld would sell a standard GW plastic sprue and then tack on their own resin upgrades

Minor Point - Fresh Converts says they have to come in from your deployment zone, not "behind enemy lines" like the following paragraph says (unless your own lines are being overrun!)

Still debating if I want to keep him.  His sword is a bit jacked up (the bottom half broke off after photo and the blade is pretty bent back).  I went and deleted the photos at the end until I can sort through which ones I really want to keep
