How essential in the elite armies like Elves is it to have multiple characters in 1000pts? In my Dark Elf force for example I have a general on manticore and a wizard. Should drop the manticore for a hero?

Just got my first 1000pts of Dark Elves built and am thinking I need another hero especially when the general fails a Cmd check on double 6’s and needs to kill somebody. 

Just dug up my Warmaster stuff. I think I’m going to try and get a force together for this event. Haven’t played in years though. Anyone playing prior to the event to get a feel for the rules? What armies are going to be represented?

This was a good event. It has really energized my interest back in Titanicus. Looking forward to seeing more.

I’m not really interested in Bolt Action. Being in the military I guess WWII is too close to home. Konflikt 47 on the other hand looks really cool and uses the Bolt Action engine. I’d play that. 

There is a group that plays out in Sherwood on Thursday nights at Glimpses. They also do K47. 

Looking for new on Sprue or nicely assembled-no paint Warhammer Underworlds Thorns of Briar Queen and Sepulchar Guard sets. Do not need the cards just the figs. Please let me know what you have and what you want for them. Thanks, D

I would love to see some Saga in action. I own Age of Magic but have yet to try it out. 

Has anyone tried Age of Hannibal yet? This period in history has always interested me and I would love to game in this era. On a figures note, has anyone ordered anything from Victrix Miniatures out of Nottingham? Curious on quality of sculpts and timelines to get orders?

I’m sure we can dig up some players to teach you the ropes. Where are you located for gaming and do you have an army built to play? Are you wanting a regular gaming thing or one off session? Last item is a new edition of AOS is coming sometime this year so take that into account as we don’t know how things are going to change.

I was in the same boat with price point until I saw the size and detail of these models. Great models that are worth the cost in my book and the game play looks good too. 

Maybe it’s nostalgia and my love of GW Man o War but I like the look of Mantics new ship game Armada. This first appeared late last year and I’ve been slowly watching its development. I love the scale of the ships and the less record keeping that MOW required. Has anyone else taken a peek at this game or possibly tried it out? Thoughts?

Any interest out there for some 1986 metal BB teams? Orcs, Goblins, Dark Elves, Skaven, Chaos, Star Players to include the Thrudd the Barbarian BB figure? Most are bare metal. A few primed and a couple are painted. Original plastic Orc, Human, Dwarf and Wood Elf from BB game and Dungeon Bowl expansion new and unassembled too. Also have some early/mid 90s metal teams - High Elves, Wood Elves, Norse, Skaven, undead/Necromatic (unassembled, no paint or primer). 

Doing some spring clean out. Have a ton of infinity Terrain for sale. A few items assembled, but  most is unassembled and still in its original seal.  Have an assortment of manufacturers from TT combat, top down terrain, laser craft, impudent mortal, micro art studios, black sheep designs, and Bandua to name a few. I even have the impudent mortal Rylos space station table set with gaming mat unassembled. If your looking for something please let me know.
