Get it on your calendar, July 23rd, the annual Troutdale Summerfest parade located on the historical Columbia River Highway. From 8am to 10am, there will be a free pancake (I’ll be working the griddle), egg and ham breakfast at 202 SE Dora Street, one block south of the main road. The parade starts at 11am, and if you have little ones, know little ones, or are a little one at heart, bring a large bag and you will collect more candy than Willy Wonka. Parade ends at Glenn Otto park with food and activities.
