Just gonna drop this here for funzies.

Picked up some additions for the Rout.  I plan to paint them to tabletop quality by the end of January.

Those bikes are pretty.

Last Jedi : 7/10 sabers.

While there were a few slow spots, it was nice to see most of the characters again.  

It was pretty visually, and I actually liked the humor quite a bit.

The 'thing' I'm missing are the old republic flavor of Jedi...  I guess I'm addicted to Mace Windoo.

I like your palette.  The grey blue with the earth tones is great.

Looking closer it appears the rear exhaust 'pipes' would glue on as well.

I can't see them being very difficult though.

Super clean grays, the plating almost looks like stone.

Awesome.

Picked it up second hand, so most of the assembly was taken care of.

The main hull/tracks come in one piece, with the turret, sponsons, and hull mount weapon separate.  Not too many little fiddly pieces.  With such a big block of resin the thing weights a ton.

There were a few air bubbles in the resin in a few of the track sections.

And if you look real close there is a slight bend in one of the main barrels, but the kit is so cool looking its passable.

I finally had a chance to finish a long term project of mine and wanted to share.  In mid 2016 I was able to pick up a Forge World Sicaran Battle Tank.  

A year and a half later it finally joins its brothers :)

We watched the first episode of Fringe years ago where *spoiler alert* everybody turns to jello on the passenger plane.

The first words out of my wife's mouth were "kill it with fire!".

It was a perfect moment.  :)

Some examples:

most of the AoS dwarf range would be amazeballz, with all the knot work on there weapons.

the blood angel stuff just looks mean :)

The AoS khorne/warrior of chaos (if they still exist) would also be good with a little conversion work.

I've been working on a spacewolf great company for a bit and I'd like to start throwing some axes on them.

Im looking for plastics where available.  

Anything from hand axes up to something a dread could pack around.

I have cash primarily, with nids/crons/and RW bikes (everything used) as secondary trade fodder.

With the various levels of information insulation built into the chapter and its successors I could see the Dark Angels fielding primaris in there ranks.

They could feature in almost all 'regular' engagements where fallen were not expected.

It could get tricky though as the unforgiven have multiple cross chapter operations, and still (veeeeeeery loosely) function as a modern legion.

The "we're bff's" explanation would get old quick for the primaris units.

Finished up the mixed pack.  The gray hunters are filling out nicely, and the heavy bolters 'n las cannon are a good start for some long fangs.

Only thing I'd like to change/add are axes.  They'd fit themeaticlly better than swords on the wolf guard pack leaders.

I'm currently (re)reading the Horus Heresy wolf stuff.  It's a major inspiration for these guys.

Dark, dirty gray.  I want it to look like it's sleeting as the company pushes forward :)

I like your black-lining and glass effects.  Looks really good.  And it's hard to beat a good red paint job, just ask the orks :)
