fluger
Looking at playing some Kill Team (maybe even a campaign!?!?). Thought up a cool Inquisitor + Retinue themed force. Ordo Xenos Inquisitor: 58 Pskyer, Power Armor, Force Sword 10 Veterans: 130 2x Plasmaguns Ogryn Bone'ead: 50 Ratling: 10 248 pts Pretty cut and dry, but I think the Ogyrn and Ratling work better in a small environment like a Kill Team mission. Thoughts from those who have played Kill Team?
JamesBeadle
Are these the types of things that GW goes after legally?
fluger
I really don't care. Already d/led the rules. :D
fluger
Also, considering their complete lack of action against the people who made living documents for Necromunda and Mordheim, I'd really doubt that they'd care.
Murphy'sLawyer
No, he is talking about the GW's Kill Team rules. Where you hire units, not individual models. Also so far I don't see HoR crossing any lines yet. It is free fan based rules that still require the brb and codexes. Now GW could go after them for something eventually but I doubt they would send lawyers till money was involved. And Fluger you are in the Great Northern Washington, right?
Murphy'sLawyer
Wait, which rules set are you using? N/M, looking at the points and individual models I see another HoR player.
fluger
I am in Puyallup, which is a suburb of Tacoma. I'm using the HoR Kill Team rules, yes. I've been following your posts and I think this sounds awesome. I like skirmish games a ton and these seem like an easy way to use 40k models in a skirmish setting. Murphy'sLawyer
It is and I love skirmish style games too. Keep us informed on your experience. And at OFCC maybe we can get a game in sometime that weekend.
ROGRE
I haven't yet played but was working on an IG list yesterday and the Ratling for 10pts seems like a no-brainer right? Let us know how it goes if you get your troops in a game.
Chaos Lord Chris
Disregard this post, I'm a derp. Looks like a good team.
