It all stems from one evening when we were drinking Bloody Marys, and my thought process went something like: [bloody Marys have juice made from (tomatoes] are good in [pasta) is good with pesto]. I ended up inventing garlic-infused Pesto Marys which taste as bad as they sound. It turned me off Bloody Marys, but strangely not pesto.
