Warptime and daemonic summons?

Can I use warptime to summon daemons in the psychic phase?

Summoning happens in the Movement phase. 

 

However and this is fun, psychic powers like the Thousands Sons and the new Malefic discipline power Incursion, the ones that allow you to summon in the psychic phase regardless if you moved. 

 

So in theory, you can summon, Wartime, then cast Incursion and summon. 

Or move, warptime, cast Incursion 

Of course Incursion is only from the guy in the Shadowspear box and warptime has to come from another source
