The County has lowered the speed limit on the Morrison Bridge from 35 to 25 since the repairs from 5 years ago failed and the bridge is crumbling. As per the lawsuit that the city's doing, looks like the bridge is mostly fine, but it's got a decking that's not working. Decking is what keeps the cars on the bridge...
