100 point X-WING TOURNAMENT: The Force Awakens

 

In celebration of the latest release in the Star Wars saga The Portland Game Store will be hosting an X-Wing miniatures tournament Sunday, December 20th. $VII ($7 if Roman numerals are too much work) entry, signup in advance in-store is recommended.

 

16 spots available and all entry funds will be handed out in store-credit gift-certificates; 50% to 1st, 30% to 2nd, and 20% to the most 'Episode VII' list of the day. In the event of a tie for most 'Episode VII', tournament points will be used as a tie-breaker followed by cumulative MoV; 1st and 2nd place winners not eligible for the 'Most Episode VII' prize.

 

100 point squads, all pilot and upgrade cards being used are required, no proxies allowed. The most recent official FAQs will be in use. Players are required to bring three obstacles (asteroids or debris fields) of their choice along with all rules, templates, tokens, etc. for all items/ships in their squad along with 5 printed copies of their list (one copy for the organizer and 4 opponents).

 

Schedule for the day:

12:00-12:59 - Arrive, check in (eat lunch beforehand, please)

1:00-2:00 - Round 1

2:10-3:10 - Round 2

3:20-4:20 - Round 3

4:30-5:45 - Final Round (75 minutes)
