Just a reminder, July 17 we're hosting the MtG Eldtritch Moon prerelease, so we'll reconvene for Sigmar the following Sunday (July 24). Battleplan for Week 2 (July 24)Players choose their armies based on the Warhammer Age of Sigmar rules sheet. Each army must contain at least 1 Hero. A Dueling Zone of 5" in diameter is placed in the center of the table. Each player must place one Hero in the Dueling Zone within 1/2 inch of each other. Before the Battle Rounds begin, each player will alternate turns, picking one melee weapon wielded by their hero. Only a single attack is made with that melee weapon. Once one of the heroes is slain, or both have made their full quota of melee attacks with all of their weapons, the duel ends and the first battle round begins. Glory to the Victor! Should a hero strike down his foe, his victory will inspire not only himself, but also those around him. As soon as one model wins the duel by slaying the opponent, they immediately heal D3 wounds. For the rest of the battle, the victorious model and all friendly units within 10" can re-roll all failed hit rolls and automatically pass battleshock tests.
