 I ran my moonclan last fall in a few games,its fun stuff for sure!

 

  The large mobs of grots will be near impossible to shift off objectives.The fanatics are the ultimate cockblock when it come to stopping a charge,I ran mine with one per blob just for that purpose then had my main force of fanatics in with the archers and used them more offensively once the line was engaged.

 

  Manglers rip faces off,simple as that.Shooting the Mangler off the board before it hits home is a thing of the past now and since you are running a Collosal thats just going to make them both very nasty!..opponent should just remove face at game start and get it over with,lol.

 

 Bonus points for using Squig Gobba!

I love the model but passed on it during my recent "Post Brexit" FW order (got a Collosal and Troll Hag instead,heh)

 

  With low morale troop blocks no longer being able to be ran off the board enmasse,lists like this will certainly be seen more in AoS.

 

 The only concern I would have,is something that I ran into with my Death lists using Skeleton and Zombie hordes..that is,once your killing power units like the monsters and squigs go down,you may find yourself in a bind if you are behind on kill count and the objective point situation is a push.Using Archer gobbos may help with this though,

 

  Also,before I forget,,need to check and see if the fanatics count as casualty points if their hiding unit is still alive.When I used them last fall/winter,they didnt count dead models until the concealing unit died,Could be a huge thing for this list.

The more I look at this, the more I realize that it needs some modifications.  The Destruction allegiance ability is great, but it's in a locus surrounding heroes, and I currently only have two.  Also, I have only one wizard, and I think I need a second.  The moonclan shaman needs to be able to cast curse, so I need a backup caster to cast shield.  Finally, I'm not sure I need three units at 40.  I think two would suffice, with a second smaller unit with bows.
