A Saintly Blessing affects all non-vehicle units from the Armies of the Imperium that havethe Battlefield Role associated with that blessing, and arewithin 12" of Saint Celestine when it is activated. EachSaintly Blessing can only be activated once during thecourse of each battle. Independent Characters that havejoined units that are affected by a Saintly Blessing are alsoaffected so long as they remain in the unit." Note, that unlike similar rules, like say her warlord trait it does not say 'All Friendly'. Moral of the story?
