So anyone else up for an early war tournament sometime in the first half of next year??? That puts it a month after the tourny in Lacey. VENUE: Suggest GG, but if someone comes up with different location, fine by me. Looked at GG calendar. Nothing obvious jumps out as a large block of non-FoW players on either day. If we use GG, I can e-mail their staff and see which date is less booked for table space. someone to step up: Volunteers welcome. If none, could be myself or T.S. Since we take up 6-7 large tables, and run 9-10 hours, I contact GG staff before placing the reservation, to ensure we do not bump into (or get preempted by) a major release event or other "large gaming event. On the event calendar there are events that might be large, but when I see them in action they are not. There are others where I cannot gauge the size. Hence, the email inquiry.
