This is the mount for my Elein Reavers. I absolutely love how unique and detailed it is. HOWEVER, it is off the charts impractical. I wish I had made the tails removable. Also the legs are so spindly and break way to easily. I might have to drill them out and replace them with wire.

I will do my best not to f then up too much!
As a side note, it is amazing how many figures you can get for $200 when they are not GW.

Either Yarb just received a big box of dime bags or...
Steve has finally decided on his next army.
It is a box full of Lost Kingdoms Night Elves. I will actually probably use them as Highborn Elves because I am just like that. More pics as the project progresses.

Thank you for posting this. I only witnessed the aftermath including the supremely tepid "apology" that probably did not come from the owner.

Having trouble with adding pics for some reason.

Would you sell any of this piecemeal? I’m interested in your rangers and dire avengers.
I’m down to pay cash but if for whatever reason you want an unopened box of Drukhari incubi I’ve got one.

Shoot, I should have gotten a better look at the goblins, dont think I have ever seen them before.
I thought their dwarves looked good until I got them, then I realized they were not that great. The dwarf rifles are alright (the rifles look much more modern then the big choky blunderbuss types of GW). The "Hammerers" equivalent look awesome, but admittedly I have never seen them in person.
Did you have an army in mind, or were you rather going to look for a model line that speaks to you and just play that army?If you have any interest in Equitaine, Fireforge is what most of mine are, they are very similar to Perry miniatures or warlord games. You get quite a few weapon choices in the boxes, but the downside is that they re-use most of the main body molds (for both humans and horses). So the differences typically will be in the shield, head, and weapon, between one box and another. Here is a link to a very incomplete blog of how I put together all that stuff:
I am actually very impressed by the goblins. That is too bad about the dwarves. I was considering them.
I am mostly looking for sculpts that inspire me. I have been looking at teh Fireforge models.

How do you feel about 3D printing? If you're even remotely handy with 3D modeling you can go far with it.
I used thier goblins in my MtW army. The halfling, human, and dwarf models look good.

Don't have one. I have enough other hobbies.

Depending on what you are looking for:
https://www.momminiatures.com/
https://www.norbaminiatures.com/gb/
If you look on the 9th Age forums under "Supporting Companies" you can also find a number of other shops 🙂
Thanks! I have been working my way through the companies listed but haven't found what I am looking for.

I want to start on a new army but want something non-GW. The problem is that full 4500 army and not buy 75 individual figs.
Kings of War has some attractive and affordable army boxes. I love the Raging Heroes stuff but pricey and a little large at 32-35mm scale.
What else should I be looking at?
