My big take away after the character post this morning is snipers being able to single them out. That is awesome and my 30 ratling are happy to hear it.

Or maybe flyrants won't be flyers. Maybe they will be normal models with a high move characteristic.

I hope they cross over the AoS rule that only allows you to cast a power once per turn. Really shuts down spamming.

I am in search of some random parts form the Calth Marines sprue.

Some good ones in there.

Ynnari/Eldar are a different faction then Ynnari/Dark Eldar so no starting in each others transports.

Wrecked Transports give Soulburst but not exploded ones.

I am putting my giant on a round base and was wondering what size it should be on? A 40k flying stand size base seems to big.

I sent the Fanatics after the warhounds and only rolled a 2 for the number of attacks. Still managed to kill 12 of the hounds though. I really like them.

I was able to get my first game of AoS in today with a Goblin army I just started putting together. It was also my opponents first game and they where playing Deamons, it was a 40k army but now those round bases work both ways.

1000 points of Goblins.

My opponents army was something like

2 Deamon Princes

2 units of 10 deamonettes

Slaneesh Herald on Chariot

The Deamons had no magic and no shooting. It was a great game and turn 2 it looked like my opponent was going to take it. But my Spear unit with mystic shield proved very stubborn and held long enough for me to whittle down some of the other threats. The Giant was fun and my Grot Warboss killed a Prince so that was awesome. The Deamon player had some good luck with the slaneesh chariot before the giant got to it. The Blood Crushers where very underwhelming. They had a lot of wounds and good armor but not much damage output.

I also just signed up for Annihilation 5 so watch for Night Goblins skulking about.

Man for overall there is a lot riding on your paint score.

@ Chexmix I don't really need the spider riders but definitely am interested in the spearchukkas.

So I am just starting a Goblin army and am hoping that some people just have some extra skull pass goblins laying around. Here is a list of kind of what I am looking for.

And to top it off a Giant (every good goblin army needs a giant)

Just made up a 2k point list for Night Goblins. Can't wait for this. I live in Olympia and am going to try and get AoS going again.

I am in. I will bring a much fluffier list this time. Not so many dreadnoughts. Super fun last time.

So with the storm trooper formation it appears the Taurox you take isn't a dedicated transport for one of the units. Could I then buy Taurox for the two squads so I could get 3 with this formation?

If Mosaeda doesn't buy it let me know I am also interested.

I know a while back someone on Ordo was making MDF drop pods. I was wondering who that was and if they are still making them?

How is a drake getting ObSec? I don't know if I am missing it but the only thing I can see is Transports with Hover get ObSec.

What are those and where did you get them?

If my opponent has a void shield do the warp storm shooting powers hit the shield or the units them selves? It hasn't come up yet just wondering.
