Well at a minimum the points will probably still just be points with player added restrictions. Like for us if we make a 2k points game with no other restrictions that would be no big deal

Yep. Current sylvaneth, fyreslayers and ironjawz have limited support. You need to use overwhelming tactics for them if not supported by gap fillers

If matched play turns into mono-sub factions only then a lot of people will stick with just points

Well I meant that's the only types of armies that will be present. If it's just by models then no one will take any small/infantry units

Brotherhood of the Great Bolts. Possibly the most op battalion in the game. 1×Celestant-Prime 2×Lord-Relictors 2×Knight-Vexillor Each hero phase these bad boys to blast out anywhere from 4-72 mortal wounds...per hero phase. With unlimited range too. Plus the primes hammer becomes super hammer.
