I'm OK either way.  Here's what I would say.  If you are concerned about time and or forgetting rules, how many distinct datasheets are you using?  I've played against Custodes in 9th (actually never beaten them) and have a general idea of what they are like in 10th.  One joke is whenever my opponent picked up the book I said, don't look at the hit roll...it is 2+...

If you have 1 of each datasheet in the Index and need to look up what the movement is on each forgeworld dread, special "terminator" and every vehicle has a different weapon...ok 1000 is better. 

If your 2000 point list is adding only a few more datasheets and most stuff is using the same weapons, it doesn't really matter.  My 2000 point list adds TWO new weapon profiles over my 1000 point list for example.  This doesn't apply to other armies, but Custodes and Necrons have a shallow unit pool unless you are going deep on forge world.

I will cut out half of my list and drop to 1000 points.  If you get there first, it looks like plenty of experienced people will be there to hang out and help set up.  

Looking to bring 2000 of Necrons for a second ever 10th 40k game.  I can leave my house around 5, but traffic will probably be terrible, so might not arrive until 5:45 or later.  If an opponent has a slight time constraint but arrives first and sets up terrain, I can deploy fast and get rolling without holding us up much.

I am cleaning out some stuff I probably won't use.  Some combination of FOMO and sales lead to over-purchasing.  Everything is as new as it can be (obviously the Leviathan boxed was opened to piece out stuff).  

This is just a random set, not trying to sell as one unit.  Also not looking to bargain or trade at this time, but if someone wants ALL of this random stuff, I would take off $50. 

I've kept the descriptions short, and photos would just be of sealed boxes or sprues.  If anything is uncertain, please ask.

Some of this is listed on other sites, no guarantees where it sells first.  My preference is something local, in person, for cash though.  Portland-Metro area weekday evenings or most times on weekends.  

As the title says.  New in the box, on sprue.  It is the "old" kit as in it has 2 sponsons, not 4.  Makes any variant.  If someone is unfamiliar with the kit, I can field questions about it as I have another built/magnetized.  

Could meet around Portland-metro area most weekends, and might be able to coordinate with @Blustorm or someone else for transfer through a Senator to a game night I'm not attending.  Eugene is possible also in case someone reading this is actually down here.

Shipping at cost is possible for people further out or otherwise busy.  

Planning to come by to game with Kyle.

Considering coming by if anyone is looking for 40k.   Maybe also to tell Nate how charity probably isnt a good idea.

Alternatively, I can bring another 1000 point army and let Nate play Magnus no matter what happens if he is interested haha.

I may have recruited a new player.  He is trying to get childcare so things are a bit up in the air.  I think I will say I will come over no matter what even if I just sit around with Nate.  I could bring an Arkham horror scenario as a back up if it is just the two of us haha.

I could swing by if anyone is waiting in the wings for 40k.  

Needing to move back to ordo for one day due to scheduling conflict at the other location.  Should be over in a bit.

I won't be playing 40k, but in case there is someone waiting in the wings who doesn't have an army or just wants to play a different army, I could throw chaos knights or cult in the car and loan it.
