So I have these tokens from the box set I got. What do you all think is the best way to remake them for Oathmark? Activated, some confused, and spell effects?

I have my army made and base coated. The orc contingent finally got completed this weekend! Which I’m stoked about. Got one more ogre and some heavy cav in the mail right now to mostly complete my army options.

im down to play as well, I’m in mcminville so can do that game stir in salem, the WOW headquarters or maybe guardian games if they have tables set up again. Weekends would be great and I can pull of some after work gaming too if we want to do the WOW nights

I’m into that, we’re still a couple weeks out for everyone having their full armies right?

Are we including the Battlesworn rules as well?

Yeah the printable ones would be good to play to learn the rules! 
I can’t decide between a chaos or Brett army. I’ve seen some amazingly Brett armies that always inspire me but I don’t know if my skills are up to the task!

Oh yeah I’ve been tempted very hard by buying several full armies from them. I told myself to find a group of players first then I could buy them! Hence this forum topic haha

That’s been my impression as well, and really what’s drawn me to the game. Hopefully a bunch of big infantry blocks maneuvering against each other!

We don’t need a huge group to play either, just a couple playing and I’m sure others seeing those cool ass minis in person will be enough to convince them!

Finally got most of my army put together! Missing wolves, orc line breaker and heavy cav. But if anyone is interested in practicing, I’m down for some games next week!

I’m thinking of using the Easterling Kataphracts from GW, but again the fire forge game ones look pretty nice.

also whats your guys take on magic? Do you plan on going magic heavy?

Those Forest Dragon Elves are some of the best minis of any game system I’ve ever seen!

If you have a 3D printer than you can print some really awesome armies for pretty darn cheap! However Ive bought a couple units from Excellent mini and though expensive, it was sent in a relatively fast time. Plus they just look so fun to paint!

Price for those arnt too bad either, 52 bucks for a unit of 15 with full command. Afraid fo check the shipping though! Hahah

also I wanted to give a big recommendation to Shogun Miniatures for the metal bases he makes, mince just came in today and they look great. Robert was friendly and fast with the whole process.

I’ve watched a few YouTube battle reports and it doesn’t seem too tough, but I do think just moving the little dudes around will make it all clear

What extra rules we looking to implement for the campaign? I like the idea of veteran regiments

Yeah I’m not going for the GW massive jaw orc. But those Warlord ones don’t look too bad. 
 

I was looking at some historical and I could probably get away with throwing some of their heads on some Danesmen with axes or something.

but I have enough painting on my plate I can be patient searching for the right unit!
