When I did Soviets I used tin foil Rolled between several toothpicks ( to create the rolls and folds of the fabric . They looked killer. With the printed out thing : i'd slather mod podgy or pva glue over it and try to shape it before it hardens . Thanks for sharing that link. ZEKE Posted March 19, 2015 Report Share Posted March 19, 2015 When I did the colorguard for my 15mm Civil War guys, I soaked the flags in watery glue, kinda like really skim milk.
