    Comrades round zero is over with the allies suffering punishing losses on the beaches and the landing zones. The 82 has had to be withdrawn from the continent for refit after its landing zone was over run and the 101 airborne has been forced to flee tot he Utah beach zone. Our loses have been minimal and morale is high we shall soon drive them into the sea. Round one has begun. The allied supporting attacks have all been stopped dead in their tracks by our gallant efforts to date. Recon shows that there seems to be a big push towards vierville by the amis off of Utah beach and several heavy attack off of the British beaches, they seem to be trying to cut off the 710 infantry. Little do they know that puts them right where we want them as we can attack in all directions now simplifying our battle plans.

    great ill let him know. I would like the 2 jagdpanthers and the Ptrd stands and the dshk aa guns. Ill be at the shop Thursday and can bring cash.

    The russians are painted? I have a buddy who is interested in the infantry if they are painted, the guy hates painting little guys.

    i could try to shape up a 1000 point us list. with luck we can finish up before the campaign game.

    Do we want to stick with the recomended points level of 1200 for the base armies for this? Or do we want to run what ever and do some big battles?

    i still play mid war though right now we are working our way into the firestorm overlord game. would be great to have you back in the game buddy.

    Hey was a great time today and a big thank you to all who came by and played or even just checked things out. Sorry about the rough start thursday should be much smother. General Barca will plot out the next round of attacks on Thursday. May the gallant German army drive the invaders back into the sea.

    looks good to me. I will have spare armies available for this for new guys to use or old hands wanting to try it out. would be good to have yall chime in on what side you would like to play for this. Drop ins are welcome as well.

    cool look like what i thought now to build them.

    as a stug battery they would be in grey with red piping for artillery. stugs assigned to tank units within a panzer company would wear black with pink piping like panzer crews. so really it up to you as either could work. And yes if they were SS they could also be wearing the pea dot camo.

    that is the great thing about the Japan troops is they are pretty much the same through t the war. the big changes will be in the organization and support options. I would expect in the early and mid war they could have some very interesting air and naval gunfire options to use as well as some interesting defensive list.

    why infantry aces? the fighting in the pacific was all on divisional scale just like the European theaters of war. points on the us tanks should not change as that would screw up the capatability with the eto lists.

    i should be there will prep and axis and allied list but will probaly settle on US rifle company. Unless steve talks me into Tunisia tigers ha ha.
