Often times letting the glass bed cool to room temp will help with removal. Any pics of the latest print before the supports were removed?

It looks like there is some adaptive support density going on. If it were me, slice in Cura, print the model feet down, no raft, using tree supports. For standard supports, make sure the line count is 1, and use either Line or ZigZag support pattern. Grid is overkill.

You may need to go into your slicer and look for something similar to "initial layer speed". In Cura 5.0 it's "Top/Bottom Speed". I run mine at 25mm/s Also assuming that your bed is heated, make sure it's heating to 50C-60C.
