  1. You will be able to use it.

Prescience does not specify a Mastery level but it is 2 warp charges to manifest

I am assuming your interpreting the Warp Charge cost as the mastery Level? If so that is not the case.

Warp charges are only limited by your dice pool  (Combined total of Mastery levels of Psykers on the table + 1d6)

BRB Page 22 Number of Psychic Powers - "If a Psyker generates all of his psychic powers from the same discipline, that Psyker will automatically know that discipline's Primaris power in addition to any other powers they know."

The current FAQ's do limit you to the number of powers you can manifest per turn cannot be greater that your Mastery level.

  2. Water:

Its 100% h2o, it really helped to hydrate me in my time of thirst. I find it from the faucets in my house but that can have additives I don't care for. Another place to get it is the filtered dispenser on my fridge. I also have a water cooler that uses 5 gallon jugs of mountain spring water. all can be fairly cheep sources of the beverage with the 5 gallon jug refills costing a mere $1.50 for "5 GALLONS of beverage". The rest coming with a subscription plan you buy from your local water company, and they deliver it right to your house!

and yes the answer is 98% of what i drink is water.

  3. Here is my take on this

BRB pg 8 attacks (a) is defined as such "This shows the number of times a model attacks during close combat" it goes into more detail about how this characteristic can be different based on the model and such but that does not feed this question.

BRB pg 49 Number of attacks "each unit makes a number of attacks (a) as indicated on its characteristic profile, Plus the following Bonus attacks." It then goes on to detail the bonus attacks from charging, two weapon and Special rules.

So the bonus attacks are not considered part of the attacks characteristic on the profile. and as noted the special rule on the lasher tendrils only reduces the characteristic not the number of attacks.

  4. After going over all the rules I would have to side with Paxmiles on this one.

Hammer of wrath is an attack at initiative step 10 in the fight sub phase that automatically hits.

Requirements for magma cutters per CSM Codex Pg 68 "If a mauler fiend hits with at least one attack in the fight sub phase"

Requirements for Low Blow per Kill Team Rules Pg 10 "A target that suffers one or more hits in close combat from this model"

  5. This may help clear it up.

The Lasher Tendrils in the CSM Codex on page 68 read as stated.

"Every set of Lasher Tendrils reduces the Attack Characteristics of every model (Friend or Foe) in base contact with the bearer by 1 (to a minimum of 1) whilst they are in base contact. The effects of multiple sets are cumulative."

So it impacts the units base stat line and not the additional attacks granted by charging or special abilities.

I would interpret the above situation to not limit the Bikers attacks at all as his base attacks was already set to 1
