Any chance there's a Painting Competition at OFCC? I don't play the games competitively but I love to paint. I would love to participate if there is a painting competition. (Yes I looked on the webpage, and I saw "awards for painting" but I wasn't sure if there was an actual painting only competition). Thanks, and pardon me being a total newbie to the community.

I am looking for fair trades and fair prices only. Scalpers need not respond. I have a collection of various Human factions, and other 40k Factions as well as other Games Workshop items spanning back to 1991 that I will consider trading for this model. I need it for a conversion.

It's a rule set that was adapted to allow for 28mm play. IF you are collecting the new White Dwarf magazines, all of those "Blanchitsu" articles feature Inq28mm warbands, or games. The current WD has a big invitational game called the Pilgrym that was played using this concept.

Yea guys, seriously, if you're looking to build a new army it is worth a drive. I just left. First off it's not only Buy One Get One Half Off! It's Buy Four Get Two Half Off, and SO ON!!!!!! I did a quick look at what is there for 40k after I got what i wanted and: Full compliment of Marines for an army. Full selection of Tau, several Chaos Marine units, an Imperial Knight (new one), Void Shield Generator, Several Ork units, five or six Build An Army boxes (the $85 dollar ones), and three Space Hulk games, and what I think is the real gem 3 Betrayal of Calth boxed sets so if you want to start that 30k Army, well... Anyway it's worth the drive. I didn't even spend much time looking at the Warhammer boxes, or other miniatures.

He is a good guy, and we all know how hard it is to run a brick and mortar so if you want some great deals that help a local business, swing by!
