    Right now we are discussing those details. Looks like sundays at noon. My plan of action is a skirmish campaign for 2 months followed by a grow league. What army do you play?

    Right across the river in vancouver. Easy drive on the weekends and they serve alochol. Plus the store has a way more relaxed feel with open language rules. Aka you can use adult language. It's probably my favorite place to play.

    Hey everyone, So the league starts this sunday. Who: Hopefully you What: Skirmish league from the new rules. Each warband starts off with 30 points. entry into the league is $15 a month that goes towards prize support. Being in the league gets you a 25% discount on GW models purchased through the store.     Reinforcements. So i'm gonna be playing in the age of sigmar ofcc event. Pretty excited. Just gotta paint my whole army by then.

    Hey there, I bought a ticket for the Horus Heresy event but i actually want to switch over to the Age of Sigmar event. Looking for an admin or whoever i have to talk to in order to do that. I'd prefer to not have to buy a whole new ticket and just pay the difference if there is one.

    That i do not know, i imagine someone somewhere has figured out all the points and has them listed out.

    From what i understand summoning models is based on you setting aside x amount of points from your list. So for example if we are playing 2000 points You start the game with a list totaling 1600 of the 2000 points. Leaving you with 400 points to summon. This way you don't exceed points and outnumber your foe with summoning spam. But it also gives you tactical flexibility so summon what you need.

    Also if you need undead stuff i have a huge vampire count army i want to get rid of. like a lot. Nagash, manfred on abysal, 100s of zombies, black knights, etc.

    Yeah i played with the scheme some more and picked a lighter shade of pink to make them pop more which looks really good.

    Pink horror base, reikland fleshshade wash, followed by heavy drybrush of emperors children pink.

    I just started Sylvaneth but i also work swing shift. But it looks like i have about 1000 points i can play at.

    Thanks, i bought 2 getting started box sets and a box of kurnoth hunters. Will post more photos as i go. Definitely want to start getting games in.

    Decided recently i wanted to give AoS a try since the end of end times a while back. Picked my army based on a paint scheme i've been dying to try since i saw the models when i first started. I present my sylvaneth cherry blossom army. Right now i have the models i need for GW's skirmish campaign painted. I still have 26 dryads, 2 hunters, and 2 tree lords to build and paint. I really love how easy the game is and the only gripe i have is the flat to wound rolls of certain weapons.

    I mean, if it was just one counter I wouldn't have placed it near my deployment zone. Where is the fun in that?

    That's something i wondered too, for now i've just been reporting them in my fluff thread but not everyone is going to or wants to do that. So how do we keep track of wins and losses and other things?

    That is gue'vesa'la John, loyal gue'la auxiliary to the greater good and the one member who helps his tau brothers better understand the ins and outs of the hive. Head was from bretonian knights set. He will have golden locks of hair.

    Painting update 2: Base armor color done, doesn't look right in the photos but it's more accurate in person. Just have highlights on the armor left for most of the squad and then the skin as well. Looks like i forgot their toes so i'll have to blue those up too. Just started on the two new drones as well. Which also need highlights.

    Cool, updated the list, decided on a new recruit cadet so i could squeeze in enough points for a makerlight and carbine on him. Never mind, two drones instead. They increase my weapon range which is super helpful. Plus did the math wrong and had to go back and make sure the list is good.

    Thanks for the love and Sounds good, I just got the rulebook today and had to be baby sat through my first match because i haven't played anything like this since mordheim. Rule questions 1)If i buy a new dude can i also buy him new equipment to walk in with? 2)If i have a guy injured or not coming in for a match can i swap his equipment to someone else, as long as they are actually able to use it?
