I should never have strayed from my Tyrnaids by starting a Blood Angels army for 9th. But it is what it is.

There is always Ebay to correct these sorts of mistakes.

Given the rise in cases and the Governor's announcement of an upcoming pause in social gatherings I have decided to cancel this days game night.

Hopefully we can get back to gaming soon.

I have a feeling most, if not all, players at Ordo would be fine with you using the battle fortress stats.

I just remembered that there are other major events happening this night and that there will likely be lots of protests.

I think it's better I dont open this particular night.

I decided not to open, given likely local events.

I'm free to play AoS tonight if you can make it.  I've never played but I have a 1000 pts.

I'll be there with my 40k if there is an uneven number of players, I'll also have some hobby stuff to do.

You could try posting on a game night thread, there has been some discussion on playing AoS at game nights, but as with everything right now it's best to arrange ahead of time.

Are you sure you are not playing sisters of battle?

Yes

They'd be good at deep striking in and sniping the character i guess.  Being spacevwolves they can do stuff in melee.

While it is possible to find a pickup game at Game Night, it is much better to pre-arrange a game before coming down. New players are always welcome, feel free to stop by and check it out.

BUT WHAT ABOUT COVID-19?

We are doing our utmost to make the clubhouse as safe as possible, read more about it here.  Please remember, face coverings will be required so that we can keep things as safe as we can for all our members.  If there is a high demand, we will be reserving tables for Champions and other members, based on posts in this thread.  We may have to impose limits on attendance to stay in compliance with state guidelines

Those jetpacks do wonders to make orlick stand out from the crowd.

I had to drop the 2 LT and the eradicators to get the hellblasters....

I didn't go with stalkers, as I really like the rapid fire from normal bolters.

My plan was to group the lib and the dread with the assault intercessors and 1 squad of bolters

Then have the chap and lt group with the gets and other squad 

But then the dread died and I got way to excited about turn 1 charge with vets...and yeah

I think it had a lot to do with my poor usage of characters, they should have held back to buff the troops while the vets went ahead.
