I'm not sure your correct on this one. I've seen ones for normal play and ones for apocalypse. In example, Cypher has one he can take to add CSM chosen in other armies.

Datasheet formations are meant for normal play. There around 5 or 6 now. The Reclusiarch, Storm Eagle w/escort, Iyanden Ghost Warriors, Cypher and his Chosen, Tau firebase...'prolly missing some...
