HeroZero Posted February 1, 2014 Report Share Posted February 1, 2014 In low points games I like a mounted Wight king, he does less kills but is significantly harder to kill. If I drop the extra dog, the doggy champ, and 5 skellies I can grab a host (although I think the model is really dumb I need to find a proxy). Is 25 skeletons enough though? MexicanNinja Posted February 1, 2014 Report Share Posted February 1, 2014 I have to agree with Hero, Witch Kings are some of the best heroes in the game. They come with killing blow, 3 wounds, high toughness. I would also consider trying to get master of the dead on your Necro. Dogs are meant to die, drop the upgrade for the extra attack. Ive just thrown the wolves in because I have 40 points that I cant really find to do anything else with. Get a shield onto that Wight king or go with a great weapon + dragon helm Honestly, I'd rather see him on foot, skeletons bleed combat resolution without a character. I found a few Reaper models that would look nice, The screamo banner is there to suck points too. I did stick a shield on him, forgot to mark it. If I drop the dogs and the banner I can take zombies, but I think the dogs\banner would be better, to hit with the cav, and to make my bunker a little tougher.
