Xavier319
The IA 8 says it's an elite, but can also be taken as a dedicated transport for a big mek. In dreadmob it says elite, but I guess that's just in that list. On the spreadsheet, it says elite, but it says to refer to IA 8. So can i take a junka as a dedicated transport for a big mek? Threejacks
In the Dreadmob list its also listed as a dedicated transport for a "Mek Boss"..which is also a Big Mek as it referes to the codex under Big Mek for stats. ...Had to looks this up though reading your post as I though for sure that Cybork slashas could take one as a dedicated but I guess not. scottshoemaker
Yes, for a big Mek. The dred list has slightly different structure than the stand alone entries in IA8.
Xavier319
yeah, in the IA 8 it states you can take a junka as a dedicated transport for a big mek. now... it can take a KFF. does that KFF give a cover save or an invulnerable save? O_o since it says "units within 6" gain a 5+ cover save" just like the OLD KFF. so does it go off models and give an invulnerable save.. or UNITS and give a cover save? AbusePuppy
I think that the more reasonable way to play it would be a la the new KFF, but it wouldn't be the first time that one piece of wargear has done two different things in the game (such as Eldar and Harlequin Holofields right now, for example.) scottshoemaker
Given that it's an older book I think the current wargearvrules would be a fine compromise
