Are Warlock Conclaves limited to 1 per army in the new book?  I can't find that stipulation in the Craftworld Warhost or standard unit entry.

I can't find this anywhere in the new Craftworld codex but Army Builder is being a bastard and flagging it as an error.

Is Army Builder wrong or did I miss that stipulation in the codex?

A Warlock Conclave is, as LH said, an HQ. So you can take as many as you can take HQs in a CAD or Allied detachment.

In a Warhost, you can take

Max 3 of Guardian Hosts:

0-1 per Guardian Battle Host or Guardian StormHost

1 per Windrider Host

For each Guardian Host, you can take 0-3 Seer Councils:

Seer Council (2 Farseers and 1 Warlock Conclaves)

So CAD?

2 Warlock Conclaves max

Warhost?

3 as part of Guardian Hosts and then 9 as part of Seer Councils.
