Konflikt 47 - Bolt Action alt WWII

Have any of you Bolt Action players taken a look at Konflikt 47? It's the Wierd World War II version with some new rules, troops and vehicles. You can use existing figures from your WWII armies and just add in some new tech. I am usually not into the WWII genre but this one I could do. Anyone playing this cool looking new game?

Yeah, ive been checking it out for several weeks. The guys over at Dice Age in Vancouver are running it this september I think...they are into Bolt Action as well.

I may pick up the starter to this as it does look pretty goofy and fun.Though I would actually prefer to get more games of BA in as ive only played that a couple of times, heh.

Also BA has a second edition releasing soon with a pretty good deal on the starter and rulebook.

Any idea how well the figures would look on the table next to Dust stuff?

Small.

I have a bunch of Dust stuff as well.  The Bolt Action figs are much skinnier.  I think you could make some of the walkers work as proxies without much trouble.  But the infantry would really stick out.  The Konflikt figs fit right in with the regular BA stuff.

While Konflikt '47 looks interesting, I'm sticking with standard Bolt Action for now.  I had a great game on Wed between my Fallschirmjagers and US paratroopers, and I'm looking forward to another next week when I'll take on British paras.  And I'm excited about the release of 2nd edition and picking up a copy of the starter set.
