Whither keywords?

Correct.

One big exception is Transports. Transports have specific transport rules in the core rulebook.

Transport is also always listed as an ability on Vehicles that have it, usually along with restrictions on the Keywords needed by Models riding in/on that Vehicle, and any modifications or special notes (like TERMINATORS counting as two Models in a Land Raider).

I just meant that it had additional rules in the rulebook, where as most keywords only interact with other unit abilities and don't really have their own rules beyond anything mentioned in the unit entry.

Fly, as mentioned above, is the other one like this.
