InfestedKerrigan
Think we can get a shot of the table with terrain?
Koyote
Apocalypse Now... never get off the boat Here's yesterday's progress on the sloop. The hull, mast, bowsprit, and metal bits are part of the kit. The rest, I added. As you can see, I have a lot more work to do.
Koyote
Now I need to figure out what to do for the yards, sails, and rigging.
InfestedKerrigan
Canvas cloth? Or goodwill some khaki or canvas pants. Spray them with starch. Or if you have some bottles or similar to make the pooof of wind, soak it in watered down glue. Same with rope, tweed string or similar.

Koyote
For years and years I've been taking lousy-to-mediocre photos of my miniatures, so I finally broke down and bought myself a photo tent and some proper lamps. Here's what I purchased. It's nothing fancy, but as you can see from my first photo using the new gear, it's made a significant improvement in the quality of my photos. Over the next few months I think I'll be reshooting a lot of my minis. 2

Unfortunately, I don't have a finished knight to test out in the photo tent, only this fella that I converted into a House Taranis Knight and magnetized, but never painted. And now that 40K is forever dead to me, it'll forever remain a pretty unpainted model on my shelf. 🙂

And with your painting/converting skills you would make a pretty cool knight house.
