Hey what do you know, I read the box that they came in. It says right there in English no less that these are Mad Traps. Hooked on Phonics definitely did not work for me!

Does anyone know if the crazy pandas from the Dire Foes Defiant Truth set can be used to represent Mad Traps or is there a better official model?

Sadly my Silver Surfers are gone. Fresh coat of primer. I'm sure Jay will be thrilled!  Congrats on the new models.

I'll bring my stuff just in case I feel up to a game but it won't be till later in the day; after 4:30 I'd guess. 

I joined both the campaign and Ordo specific group on Wotan. 

So on Sunday evening after our battles were completed we had a discussion on ISS lists with Wu Ming.  One of the ideas was max Panzerfausts.  Here is my concept off of our discussion.  What do you think?

Nothing quite like a baggage bot to reload Hvy Infantry, 2 Wound, 6+ shot Panzers...

I'm not sure about the Zanying Imperial agent. He felt out of place and as if he had no purpose in the list. The rest of the models had a task but he just milled about. What can I change in this list to make it better or what can I swap the agent for?

Sorry I can't make it. I just got back from a trip and have got family coming over for dinner. Got to get the house straightened up and yard sorted out. Hopefully see everyone Sunday.

Interesting. Where are those colors going? 

Need ideas... this time it's colors. I want to start painting but I'm not sure on the colors I want to use. I really like the studio scheme for ISS with a jade green for the cloth but am not sure about the Orange. I really like red white and black but those are the colors of the Japanese Sectorial army and Jay has used those colors already. Hmmmm?

Well I screwed up last night. I pushed up to fast and hard into the center half of the table. Overextended my Harris link into an area that had too many fire lanes for me to cover. Got the crap shot out of me. In the end only had the Celestial Guard with Kuang Shi controller left standing. Great game though! Thanks Jay for schooling a newb. 

For tonight, a modified list from those above.  I kept the Fireteam Harris and added in Rui Shi. We shall see how it goes.

Well there's a pickle. I haven't used Hackers a lot and frankly i didn't look but assumed that the other Hacker options (killer and assault) had access to the supportware that the basic Hacker does.  That's what i get for not reading... back to the drawing board then.  As far as the Sophotech goes, I guess I like or can deal with the concept of the Aleph support but I just cannot stand the model.  If im going to use it then i really need to find a proxy.
