I've looked online and can't find reference to this symbol.  Is it actually Blood Angels, and if so what is its meaning compared to the 'normal' BA symbol of the drop of blood center and two wings on the sides?  If it's not BA, what symbol is it?

These wolves needed a 6th member so why not kitbash a Cyberwolf out of a Chaos Hound, Tyranid tail, and some other bits from my box?  Story: Blown up in battle, a Fenrisian she-wolf was miraculously found still clinging to life.  The Ironpriest rebuilt her, stronger and faster than before (6-million dollar man style) and brought his favorite wolf back to the pack as a Cyberwolf. 

Ok, phew, then I get to keep my plasma green and be old skool. 

I think Grav is purple.  So there.

Wait plasma is blue?  Nooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!

I think it's more-or-less usually somewhat true that Plasma is green.

But what color is Grav, in particular the glowy parts I might want to paint on the Gravgun and whatnot?  I've googled and gotten nothing conclusive.  Since OFCC is better than Google anyway, I am kicking myself for not asking here first.

How's the paint?

You be the judge of course but I would say "tabletop standard plus".  More than 3-color standard, but not "best painted" for sure.   Army Painter "Crystal Blue" is the base coat for many vehicles, so you can match the color.  Many of the vehicles were already painted with oil based, and then painted over again, so would not be good candidates for stripping.  The metal models are particularly good, for example the Fire Dragons look great.  This is more of "player's army" than it is a showcase.

Will you sell part?

Maybe, if you make it easy on me and worth my while.

How much?

Would enjoy getting in the $600 range for all, but open to offers.  No trades please, cash only.  Pickup only: meet at GG or other central game store location. 

@justjokin it might be a 'members only' event and I can't figure out how to change that.  Anyway, hope you can make it.  We'll be playing 4 rounds and a lot of the players are really new and still learning, so we'll have fun.

Hey we've devised a 300pt fleet, (you read it right, 300pt) system and we're running a tournment at Guardian from 12-5 on Sept 24.

Basically bring one carrier or battlecruiser plus a squad or two of frigates.  That should equal 300pt.

Thanks.  I wanted to find an excuse for them to "stick out" and the rest of my IG army is grey/blue.  Since they are wearing flight helmets my rationale is they paratrooped in and the orange helmets help with visibility/blah blah blah.  Once on the ground they keep the helmets on and it cuts down on friendly fire "don't shoot the orange helmets, those are our advance troops".  As you can see, I've thought about this a little too much. 

Using off brand legs and torsos, a metal model I got in my grab bag at adepticon, and as assortment of other bits, I made myself a 5x squad of stormtroops with 2x plas.

Tournaments in FSA require a three color standard. What colors those are is completely up to you, regardless of faction.

Taskforce ships can be used in Armada. Armada ships don't yet have Taskforce rules. The game plays faster and has no linking mechanic, instead just add up dice. It moves faster and better, but the damage chart is really annoying and introduces far to much random. It has potential. But is still needs refinement. Takes about 1 hour.

Freshly returned from Adepticon I'm ready to try a new ruleset, and Taskforce is it.  So I don't know the rules that well but we are showing up at 6PM each Tues in April to see if anyone is ready to try this new thing.

We'll muddle through it and have some beers.  No face stomping, games take about 1 hour.

To me that looks like a Bronze/Copper base, followed by a dark wash, followed by gold dry brushing.  Then airbrush the glowy greenparts.
