    I'm planning on showing up this week, I'll be bringing British and Germans. I'm up for some 1420 pt practice games or firestorm Normandy games. I'll also bring my TY stuff if anyone wants to get a game of that going.

    I won't be around this week, my wife took a trip to the hospital on Monday after slipping on the ice, so I need to stay home with her today.

    Yup that's right. You bring whichever company you want to at 1250 pts, and then you get the firestorm platoon for free on top of that.

    Unfortunately I won't be able to make this one. Baby is due on the 14th and I can't abandon Mom and Baby for a whole day 6 days after he's born.

    River, take a look at the firestorm rules here: http://www.flamesofwar.com/Portals/0/Documents/Firestorm/Overlord/FSO-Tournament-LowRes.pdf. Starting on page 19 it gives a detailed list of which firestorm units you'll recieve in game. Other than that just bring a 1250pt list from Atlantik Wall, and then you add in the firestorm units from the PDF. Ex. The 709th firestorm unit contains a platoon with a Cmd panzerfaust smg team, and 6x rifle/MG teams. So you add that force to your 1250 pt list for that battle.

    Battle 10, 6-1 British victory. We haven't rolled for firestorm units, but the Brits should have taken the sector.

    Yes, it is still in effect. The first round there is no divisional support, only Combat, HQ, and Weapons Platoons.

    Hmm, now that this is mid-war I may skip out on the West Coast Nationals and come up to Enfilade... Seattle is way closer than San Francisco after all...

    Great review, I too was really impressed with the plastic kits for Team Yankee. Heck I'd buy the kits just to build and paint them up they are so nice :). Luckily it comes with a game too!

    Technically yes, but I've opened up the format to include any infantry/motorized force from North Africa, Burning Empires, or Hellfire and Back. This way we get a little bit more variety. You just can't bring any armored vehicles from those other lists. You can also play the free french as "Vichy French" for a garrison force.

    Ok, so basically we need to get together our events for the next 3-6 months and come up with a list of things we think we want and ask Guardian Games to order it for us? Are they going to be ordering in any Team Yankee stuff other than the two starter boxes, or do we need to order those through them?

    Josh, I talked to you on the Flames of War boards, I'll plan on bringing 1420 pts LW on Dec 30th around 6pm at Guardian Games. We usually have 2-4 people show up on a weekly basis, so another player is always welcome if you want to convince your girlfriend to play as well. We are also trying to arrange some Team Yankee demos that week so keep posted about those if you are interested. We coordinate almost all of our gaming on this forum.
