  1. If you're still interested in playing at 4, I'd be down. I clock myself for matches and games don't really go past 3 hours anyways.
  2. I'm looking to play a 40k match but I'd have to be out around 7. Id be happy to open the place up earlier in the day if that's something people are interested in.
  3. Not to necro-post here or anything, but the main piece here is a balancing perspective. It's a PITA to balance a unit when they've got a million different wargear options. It's why we've seen such a big push for mono-purpose units recently. It's much easier to balance the Anti-Tank unit if it's too strong, than to change the cost of a unit because a couple wargear choices are too powerful. I understand that this is mainly a 10th edition issue now that all wargear is free, but it was a bit of a problem in 8th/9th as well since many units with multiple choices in wargear realistically only had one good option.
  4. THE PLACE Location: 717 SE Main St. Portland OR 97214 (map) - Around the corner from Kokiyo Teriyaki and up the stairs. THE MISSION Games we play: Warhammer 40k, Necromunda, AoS, War Cry, Blood Bowl, board games and much more. GAME NIGHT EXPECTATIONS Ordo expects a high level of friendliness and fellowship at Game Nights. Please be aware that the Czar has the ability to ask a player to leave if the Czar feels it necessary. Games are meant to be fun, so let’s have fun.

  6. Sorry about the late notice! I'll be hosting tonight at the same time as usual. Posted on the Discord but completely spaced about making an announcement here.
  7. Tree supports would definitely solve the problem. I actually printed a very similar model a few years ago and ended up having to reprint with trees because of the support density. It worked like a charm.

  10. Generally you roll for battle traits unless you and your opponent agree that a unit did something that would grant it a specific bonus based on the course of your game (ie: your unit killed a particularly tanky vehicle and now they've got a battle trait that helps take down vehicles). Take my info with a grain of salt though as this crusade might be running it differently.

There have always been rumors of a Genestealer Cult on Talos Prime, though any who wish to keep their heads on the shoulders are quick to remind you that these are just rumors. A Genestealer Cult would be bad for business, not to mention the wellbeing of anyone spreading false rumors of a cult in the sector. The recent conflicts in the area have proven however that many of these so called rumors may be more fact than fiction, and with the completion of The Ancient One's hibernation, one more rumor is soon to become truth. Soon the day of Ascension will be upon us, and all the downtrodden workers of Talos Prime will be uplifted, to live among the Star Gods. Until then however, the cult slowly grows, biding its time. Waiting...
