I've had quite a few people ask me about sending in their lists.  Just bring your 500pt list tomorrow, and they'll be verified there.  We'll discuss all the rules for this league tomorrow, and then I'll do a write up best I can with the rules after we meet tomorrow.

Our Itinerary for tomorrow:

10:30-11:00 - Set Up

11:00-11:20 - Breakdown of Rules and Overview of the League

11:30-1:00 - Game 1

1:00-1:30 - Lunch Break

1:30-3:00 - Game 2

Note:  Unlike a tournament we won't be timing out matches.  I imagine that each game will last about 90 minutes, because we are playing with 500pt lists on 4x4 tables.  So if your first game goes until 2:00, and you find someone willing to stick around a little longer, feel free to start a second match.  If you can only be there until 1:00pm, just play one match.  If you can only make it for a few minutes, the most important part tomorrow is from 11:00am-11:20am where we will be discussing how this league works, so please come to that!

I know a few of you have said you can't make it tomorrow and that's fine, although you will be missed.  Check the forums tomorrow evening for a new thread with more information about the league!

I apologize for over-committing. I will not be able to bring desert terrain on Saturday.

My experiment at express terrain building has failed.

But I will arrive in the setup period to grab some of GG's loaner terrain, and help setup the tables.

I am still bringing one desert Battle Mat, 4x6.

Are you still bringing your Desert Fort?

Also if anyone has extra terrain lying around, please bring it.  I think we may run short on Desert Terrain, depending on how many people show up!

ZeroMoon17, Bolo and myself were present for the kick-off.

My figs were not ready, but brought and setup the Desert Fort and ruins.

ZM and Bolo played two missions: Raid and Convoy.

I will let then report and comment on their battles.

Bought a Desert battle mat from GG and that was better than any other battle mat I had.

This is officially a "Wastelands" mat but looked useful to depict a brown desert.

Went to GG last thursday and no one showed. Is anyone planning on tomorrow for this League? Or another day if anyone prefers...

I am almost always there, and wait until 7 PM, for someone to show up.

Last week was an exception.

Sorry, my bad for not posting this on the Raiding Aces threads. Posted it on Enfilade prep:

I will not be at GG on Thursday, Mar 24. Taking care of sick family member.

Will be at regularly scheduled FoW Game Night next Thursday, 31 Mar, bringing both Raiding Aces force and mid-war Russians.

Hello all,

So the main event is slated for Monday, May 2nd correct? I am good after work if that is the day. If this was meant to be a weekend May 7th and 8th I will be on duty and unavailable.

- Daniel

Yes it is supposed to be scheduled for the 7th not the 2nd.  I've updated the first post to reflect this.

well that bites as I will not be able to attend as I have duty that weekend. So sad as I have had a decent run so far... Are you posting a turn 2 thread? I can post the results from our game last week or you can.

Additionally I will not be at GG this Thursday, anyone up for a game at Dice Age Games on Friday?

- Daniel
