Oh and what is the best Army list software? Or Free maybe? I have battle scribe but am not sold on it's format... maybe I just need to get used to it?

So, I am currently reading the rules and formulating army plans for hopefully OFCC. I am fairly certain I'll be bringing Dwarfs but need a bit of knowledge on how to build my list. Are big units still great like in 8th? What sort of army building tips do you have? Any pitfalls I should look out for? Any Dwarf specific tips? I'll probably have more questions as I read more, but for now I am just looking for general info and ideas. Thanks.

Woot! And done with painting! Just got to get my models onto their bases which I have almost all done and get the toys all packed up. Steve, I have your Infinity dudes in my car so I'll have to screw up really badly to leave them behind!

I am working on my final three models. This is the most I have painted for several years. Going in with 8 new models. Unfortunately, the south of Portland crew is suffering from a mix of bad timing and too lazy to travel beyond Portland (the Malifaux scene has been pretty slow down here so there is not a lot of motivation to travel to a large event that is far away)... But I'll be there to represent. Is Mox's a game shop or just a Gaming Tavern? I am not familiar.

I am guessing we were all too busy watching it to bother telling you about it...

Doubt I can make it that day (but it was in consideration). If something changes how do you all feel about complete newbs?

Better than those losers in Vancouver! :P Just wondering how rough it would be to get in a learning game or two before OFCC. I knew I could probably get a Portland game with some one, just wondering if any one else was playing closer to the Lebanon Area.

I can do all painted... I just barely have anything new painted and would like to add new things to my options... we'll see how it goes.

I am deciding between Outcasts and Gremlins. The no painting required opens up my options a bit but I just have to determined how unpainted I am willing to go...

Got my ticket a few days ago. I am not sure anyone else south of Portland is coming but I am working on finding out.

I am not sure if any one will be coming with me at this point but I'd guess only one more would be likely to commit.

Mid-April, no commitments. Might be able to bring friends.
