An all day gaming and BBQ bonanza. My house. Vancouver, WA June 25. I'll supply the burgers and dogs and the tables. You bring the games, the chairs, and the sides. Reply here so I can provide enough food. (Yes, I already cleared it with my wife. She'll be out of town) Nerd up!

I'll have to get it on the bench and do a full workover on the z-axis. That seems the "most" likely at this point.

Those checked out ok. At first I though is was a tension issue, at least based on the delamination of the center models, but the support failures are pretty consistent on with the delam location, about 1/2" before the total fail. Whatever it is it has to be affecting the entire print and not just a portion of the plate/screen. I've had multiple models print before with a partial fail, such a one model delaming or pulling off the plate, but this has me baffled.

So I think I have an issue with my big printer. This is very consistent, I get 1-2 inches into the print and it’s almost like a layer or 2 just fails to expose. I’ve changed settings, changed FEP twice, changed that for nFEP, used different tensions, used PTFE lube, changed resins, temp controlled, sliced in multiple programs, updated firmware, you name it. I finally got the print done on my little printer with the eco resin and creative positioning. I’ll be shelving the problem child until I can circle back, I ordered a phrozen mighty to replace it for now.

An alternate Kragnos, he’s a bigun ***Client provided files He took some digital fixing to print correctly, but I learned some new techniques. How much? More affordable than the leading Games manufacturer Would charge.

Hell yes

I know a guy

I’ve got a large client model that after 5 attempts won’t print without either ripping off the supports, or delaminates. Trying this. Wish me luck

The first one is too big for my printer, I can downscale about 15% The other two are not a size issue.

If you would like a quote, shoot a DM over my way.

Phrozen Water washable resin review. TLDR I don’t like it. pros: nicely thin, not too viscous at all not terribly stinky, prints well enough cons: still need ISO to clean it, dries tacky afterward, requires a ton of UV time to cure, only seems to cure in direct sunlight if this was half the price of the elegoo id consider it again Pass
