The pricing looks to to be based on the CRP, but I really like your suggested pricing alteration. Actually going off the CRP, wouldn't Random Events, Magic Mem, Heroic Feats be 1 pt each, and Misc May 4 pts? I read that sentence you quoted as a typo as well. But I thought they simply mentioned the wrong deck name (as Miscellaneous Mayhem used to be the Random Event deck).

In The Points System, essentially each team gets between 2-5 points to spend on cards, and each deck cost in points roughly equal to 1 pt = 50k gp from the CRP.

Keep the cards in! For what its worth, my first game last week neither my opponent nor I had any to use (color me curious). This week however, I will have the ones from the main box, Blitzmainia pack, and the Hall of fame pack. -
